Individual Coaching

What is it?

Coaching aims to improve performance, by providing a trusted fresh perspective.  Coaching is an important pillar to a success strategy. Collaborative Innovations’ coaching provides accelerated learning and makes a positive difference.

What difference does it make?

The personal benefits of coaching are as wide ranging as the individuals involved.  Coaching builds awareness: it empowers choice and leads to positive change.

Whether focused on the challenges of leading and managing others, interpersonal communication issues, or stepping up to meet new responsibilities, coaching can positively impact careers and lives.

How does it work?

Coaching can be structured in any way that works best for the individual.  It could work on an immediate development challenge or longer-term goals related to development and career.

Confidentiality:  Coaching conversations are confidential. As a coach, I will not divulge any part of a discussion unless I have the permission of the person being coached. That person is, however, free to discuss any part of the session with others.

Delivery options

A coaching session is generally 90 minutes.  It can take place at any location including in the workplace, a café, or on a walk. Coaching is also available remotely through various technological applications.
